Hello. My name is Kostya. I’m user experience designer, public transit lover, and mountain bike enthusiast.
I help organisations solve real-world problems in a way that’s both efficient and delightful. This turned out to have a lot to do with managing unknowns, balancing constraints, facilitating decisions, and getting things done while staying focused on human part of it.
I don’t enjoy overwhelming routines, using too many words to express ideas, and — above all — maintaining my portfolio, which is why this page looks the way it does.
